Sometimes we define ourselves by what we’re not. At low points in our lives, we can be particularly harsh and critical with ourselves. It’s so easy to let an inner monologue of derisive remarks become our reality and make ourselves our own worst enemies. It IS important to push yourself and learn to do things that maybe you’re not initially that good at, but always remember the gifts you have been given. You ARE important in the grand scheme of things, your gifts are unique. Don’t choose to define yourself by what you’re not. The original piece is 4 inches x 4 inches in size. It is a mixed-media piece that incorporates my original photography, acrylic paint, heat branding, pigment inks, dye inks, and other media. It also features my original writing in the form of calligraphy.
Prints come in a range of sizes from the original 4 inches x 4 inches up to 8 inches x 8 inches. Each piece is incredibly intricate and ordering an enlarged art print allows you see all the minute details up close. Additionally, you can choose which medium you would like to have your art printed on. If you would like to keep as close as possible to the original, I recommend the heavyweight cotton rag. Each image is cropped to include a small mat of white around the edge (and, if possible, the title and my signature along the bottom edge), so the printed dimensions of the piece you receive is slightly larger than the size indicated. The image size, however, is the same.
